As in past years, the International Isotope Society symposium will focus on the synthesis, analysis, and application of isotopically labeled compounds. Highlights include the plenary speaker Dr. David C. Evans, VP in Global Pharmacokinetics, Dynamics and Metabolism, at Janssen Research & Development, Johnson & Johnson, who will give a talk, entitled “Use of Isotopes in Drug Design and Mechanistic Drug Disposition”. Other presentations on the study or use of compounds labeled with radioactive isotopes and stable isotopes will also be given.
